Brown Butter Sauce + Pasta


  • Package of egg noodles
  • 4 T butter
  • sage leaves
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Chicken stock (optional)


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Melt and carefully brown butter with your sage leaves (till they are curled). You can add a little chicken stock to sauce.
  3. Toss with pasta, add Parm.
