Panzanella Salad


  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Basil
  • Croutons
  • Feta, or other cheese of your liking
  • Fresh Squeezed-Lemon Juice
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


  1. Mix 1 to 1 ratio of lemon juice and olive oil and set aside for dressing.
  2. Dice tomatoes and cucumbers. Chiffinade basil. Toss together with croutons, top with feta/cheese and drizzle with dressing. Salt and pepper to taste.
