Sauteed Greens


  • Greens of your choice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil, or cooking oil of your choice


  1. Mince garlic and add to saute pan with oil over medium high heat.
  2. Once garlic is fragrant, but not yet burned, add greens and sautee. They will loose a lot of their volume.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
