Can I pause my subscription for vacation or travel? Can I change my delivery address for a certain period of time due to my inability to pickup?

Even though we would like to be able to accommodate travel/stoppage schedules, it unfortunately does not work out well. Please have someone pickup for you if you are unable. We haven’t had success in the past with address changes unless you’ve actually moved to a new address & this will be a permanent change. With ample notification – we can donate your bag.

If you did not receive a payment confirmation email it is very likely that it has gone to your Spam folder. Please search your email for “kamalagamble@icloud.com” & remove it from spam.
